Owner description: Experience the downtown highlights by bicycle and journey to some of our historic and eccentric neighborhoods including Downtown, Germantown, Marathon Village (home of American Pickers), and the Gulch (home of well, you'll find out on the tour!) We often take a pit stop during our signature tour for something tasty like a hot chocolate, ice cream, or a local brew. Tours start from our bicycle shop just north of Downtown (two blocks from the Farmer's Market).

“Great way to see the city! Make it the first thing you do”
Reviewed October 15, 2012

My sister and I scheduled this bike tour for the first morning we were in town. It gave us a great overview of the city and helped us to pick the places we may want to return to spend more time; or not. Jason was our tour guide and he was kind and patient and funny. We can tend to have bawdy senses of humor and he just rolled with it; pun intended! The ride is not terribly difficult; a few hills, but completely manageable. From booking through the actual tour we were greeted with great service and always a smile. Thanks Austin and Jason!

“Bike rentals”
Reviewed October 5, 2012

We had a great interaction with Austin. We asked for a last minute bike tour, which he didn't have any guides available but we still were able to rent bikes from him and go on our own, which turned out to be great. He gave us a detailed map and lots of suggestions and off we went. It was a great way to see the city and we covered a lot of ground. Plus, Austin gave us a great tip to visit the Patterson house which makes the most delicious craft cocktails!

“A MUST, MUST, MUST DO”
Reviewed October 1, 2012

Don, the tour guide, is a sociology professor at a local university and super knowledgeable. I guarantee you this 3-4 hours tour will change your perspective about Nashville for once and for all. There is so much to see and learn away from Broadway and 2nd! The old car factory, the art galleries, the parks, the music studios, the history... Even the bike racks in Nashville are interesting! I'd even recommend the tour for locals with children who want to learn about the state and the city they live in.

“Beats parking!”
Reviewed September 30, 2012

I take bike tours when I can, to get the flavor of a city and discover things I may want to pursue later in the trip. What I didn't anticipate was how helpful it would be see so many sites quickly and avoid so many parking issues, and fees. We saw so much, and the tour guide Thomas was most accommodating to absolutely any request. The bikes were a pleasure to ride in street clothes, and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to either give your guests a heads up to provide their own water, or offer water bottles as advertising gifts for customers. We had tire issues, and our tour ended up almost 4 hrs, which I loved, but we needed more food and fluid than we had packed! One other thing, the knowledge of the city and history by our history major tour guide was a great bonus. Take the trip!
