We had a two room suite with a tv in each room and a door that separated the rooms one from the other. The hotel is beautiful and has complimentary shuttle service to and from downtown (within a 2 mile radius). There is daily complimentary breakfast, complete with omelets made to order and waffles. The kitchen staff is top notch. There is also a daily reception with complimentary beverages and snacks in the early evening. The only negatives are the parking fee (negated in large measure by the shuttle) and the lack of a pool. Overall, this is an excellent choice and we would highly recommended this property.

I loved this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The customer service was outstanding! I was shocked to receive a phone call from the front desk within an hour of our arrival making sure that we received the extra pillows we requested, which we did!

The manager's reception is lacking. No utensils to serve the chex mix/crackers. Sangria was terrible. Only one type of beer. I understand you can't have top shelf liquor, but you can have better beer.

Omelets and belgian waffles were great! Grits and hashbrowns were just warm. They could do a better job of keeping these items hotter, but we enjoyed our breakfast.

We were on the HiltonHHonors floor and it was clean. We got a room away from the elevators and it was quiet. We went out on the town Saturday night and upon our return we were greeted by name when passing the front desk and asked if we had a good time. I would stay here again and again!

Room Tip: High floor and away from elevators!

The evening reception was not worth attending. Sangria was terrible. Only one beer available. And the snacks were things like chex mix without a serving utensil. People were sticking cups in the bowl to get some out. We left the reception within the first 10 minutes. Breakfast was good. Omelets and waffles were excellent. Hash browns and grits were just warm, but all in all we enjoyed our breakfast. I can't remember who checked us in, but he was excellent. We requested extra pillows and the gentleman called our room within the first 40 minutes of our arrival to make sure we received them. Very nice. He also greeted us by name when we came in late Saturday night and asked if we had a good time. I wish I could remember his name! This gentleman alone provided excellent customer service! We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. And the HiltonHonors floor was wonderful! Nice and clean. Wonderful customer service.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay for the 4th of July. Rooms are spacious, clean, some noise from bars nearby but not too bad (I'm sensitive to noise and slept fine). Walkable to several midtown bars and restaurants; less than 1 mile walk to Parthenon/Centennial Park. 15 minute walk to downtown and honkey tonks. Free Shuttle available but we didn't use; heard it ran a little slow. Breakfast was great but very crowded; managers reception nice perk (free drinks and snacks). Fitness center very nice but again, busy. Probably not typically an issue but we stayed during the busy holiday. Note: parking $16/day. Overall, good stay, would go back.

I've stayed at Embassy Suites in Chicago, Tampa, Pourto Rico, Greenville SC, Dallas and now Nashville. This property was not near as nice as any of the other Embassy Suites. It lacked the over the top cleanliness of the others, more inline with a Comfort Inn.

They offer a manager's reception with open bar, plus serve your own peanuts, gold fish crackers, and chips / salsa. This is the first time I have seen only 1 bartender work these. The line was often 10-12 people deep. The second night of our stay they did not supply utensils for the snack line. Many people were digging thru the snack bowls grabbing handfuls.

The first night of our stay, one of the 2 elevators was down. The line was often long, and the wait could be several cycles up and down before it was your turn to ride.

Valet parking was $20 per day. This is reasonable based on past inner-city stays. The valet team did a wonderful job, very professional, courteous, and expedite.

The room is typical style and decor of a Embassy Suite, they are large. The bed was comfortable, with lots of nice large pillows. The AC worked well.

Room Tip: Stay high to avoid hearing noise from the atrium floor.

Thanks for staying with us and for being so loyal to our brand. Please accept my apology on our behalf for the elevator and Complimentary Evening Reception issues. I can see how this contributed to an experience that fell short of expectations.

Our houskeeping team usually does a great job keeping the property looking great for our guests, I'm sorry this did not happen during your stay. Thank you for taking the time to share the feedback, we are always looking for ways to improve our guest experience.

Best Regards,

Scott Balmaseda
