“Wish we could have stayed more than one night!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 22, 2014

Very nice hotel with all you could want for a one night stay. We arrived after a 9 hour drive day and felt welcomed immediately by a very helpful and upbeat staff. We were reminded that the Kickback was happening and we still had 30 minutes to eat & drink at no additional cost! Hot dogs, Mac & cheese (yummy), chicken strips, nachos, etc. along with beverages of choice was very good and saved us money on a late supper for a tired 65+ couple. Free breakfast (a nice selection hot & cold foods), free Wi-Fi, free parking, cable TV, very clean rooms, convenient to airport & interstates make this a motel our new place to stay at when in Nashville. Wish we could have had a longer stay this time. Recommend this Drury Inn to all travelers going to Nashville!

We had never heard of the Drury Inn and Suites until I saw reviews on Trip Adviser from others and their reviews were right on. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was great and so was the staff. We would definitely stay here again or at another Drury Inn. The price was much lower than downtown Nashville and their kickback 5:30 happy hour is worth hanging around for. Oh! and even though it was at the airport, we did not hear any planes.

Room Tip: Top floor, not facing the airport is a good choice

I was in Nashville overnight for a conference and decided to stay at the Drury Inn at the suggestion of a friend. Drury offers rooms that meet the CONUS rate, and that can be difficult to find in Nashville. Anyway, the outward look of the hotel appears dated--1980s-- but I would encourage guests not to take the hotel at face value. The property is very well maintained and the rooms are clean and more than sufficient. No, it is not a Hilton, but it is a very nice hotel in a convenient and relatively safe area of Nashville. It's close to 40 (a couple of red lights away), so it's very convenient even if you have business on the other sides of town. I wouldn't mind staying at the Drury again. It's a shame that the name imparts a negative view (Dreary).

We ended up unexpectedly staying the night (or day as it turned out) and the Drury came through with rooms available at an odd check in time.

All three of us traveling on business managed to get away without phone chargers and the awesome staff went way above and beyond--as in they have us their personal chargers to use while staying.

It is a Drury and you can expect the usual amenities. It is very clean and the friendly staff ensured we'll use this hotel every time we're through on business.

I was in Nashville on business and have stayed on many of those chain hotels. This Drury stands out of them mostly for the friendly atmosphere. Value for money I assume its not bad there are other options but at least its clean, they got this happy hour thing before dinner time if you want go happy to dinner.

My friend and I stayed here the first week of May. When we checked in, the front desk worker told us we had been upgraded to a suite. What a nice surprise! Our room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. We really liked having a microwave and fridge. There were outlets everywhere, so we didn't have any problems charging our electronic devices.

After being on the road all day, we enjoyed the appetizers and beverages. It was great to have something to eat right there, and not have to venture out in the car again. There were a lot of people in the dining area but the staff did a great job helping everyone. Breakfast the next morning had a great range of choices and everything was delicious.

The hot tub and indoor/outdoor pool were clean, comfortable, and there were lots of towels stocked.

The bed was very comfortable, there were more than enough pillows and blankets.

I liked having the bathroom vanity separate from the shower and toilet. The shower was spacious and we never ran out of hot water.

Everyone we encountered at this hotel gave us top-notch customer service. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely stay here once more.

Our preferred hotel has always been Hilton/Hampton, but due to many events in Nashville, we were unable to get a room at our Hilton of choice for the weekend.
Drury had great reviews on Tripadvisor, so we decided to try them. WE WERE NOT DISSAPPOINTED! Our party arrived tired and we were met with big smiles from the helpful desk personnel. We checked in and immediately made our way to the free hot light dinner (called Kickback) offered in the pleasant atrium area...a nice surprise!
Our rooms were up-to-date in furnishings and exceptionally clean. Towels and washcloths were plentiful and the king bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a very good night's rest in rooms 204 and 202.
The hot breakfast in the morning was great! The manager chatted with us during breakfast and answered our questions about the Drury Inn philosophy of service.
We were so impressed with our stay that we joined the Drury Gold Key Club and plan on staying with Drury when we travel to a destination where a Drury is located. Their motto is "The Extras Aren't Extra!" We found this motto very true.
