“Simple, fresh, delicious”
Reviewed March 14, 2013

Food is delicious. Fresh, organic, good for veggies, and low-cal. It's also pretty inexpensive, and in a great little neighborhood in East Nashville. Atmosphere is to be desired, but great for a laid back, quick, delicious dinner or lunch.

“unedible”
Reviewed March 14, 2013

I had the nachos. They were unedible. Maybe it was the vegan sour cream that had the nasty taste, not sure. Waitress didn't care they weren't touched. Then she messed up who ordered what and instead of asking first, went ahead and rang it up wrong, handing us the check and saying "I didn't know who had what." So I ended up over paying for food no one at the table could stand to eat. Never again.

“WILD COW - Vegetarian VEGAN”
Reviewed February 20, 2013

If you are vegan, vegetarian, or at all inclined to partake, this is the place to go. A new Restauarnt in the EAST NASHVILLE (near Eastland and Porter Aves), it is small and simple and surprisingly delicious. Dishes with Soy, Tempah, and Seitan are available; many are also gluten-free, and organic. Various drinks available including Beers and Wines. Various delicious Desserts are also available. (many of the desserts come from Khan's Desserts, just 1 block away on Porter Ave) - This was our first visit and we will definitely come back when in the E Nashville area. Nothing fancy about the restaurant except delicious exceptionally healthy food and drink.

There are few purely vegetarian restaurants in Nashville, this is the best. The service is great and the food is better. Don't forget to get desert.

“Excellant place for fresh healthy food”
Reviewed February 4, 2013

I'm not a veg, but I do eat organic whole foods. That is hard to find and this is one of the best in the country that I've tried. Everything is organic and GMO free.
My wife and I have been twice and have been blown away by flavors and combinations.
I would go here for lunch everyday if I lived closer.
Parking is a pain is the only thing I would say negative.
