As a vegetarian, I often have difficulty finding food I can eat. I was very impressed to dine at the Ajora Kitchen with my husband and son who are not vegetarians. They ate chicken and beef entrees alongside lentils, beans, and greens. I had lentils, beets, greens, and carrots that were seasoned and quite tasty. On my next visit to Nashville, I'll again because the price was affordable.
