We were in town for a 40th birthday getaway weekend. We had excellent service from every person we encountered. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. We spent some time in the bar and especially appreciated Nicole's memory for our favorites. John H. gave us excellent service both mornings at breakfast. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit Nashville!

AmyN greetings from the Hotel Indigo. First of all- Happy Birthday! What a great occasion to get away and celebrate. I am delighted to hear you chose to spend your birthday weekend with us, and that we were able to make that much more memorable. I gotta say, John and Nicole are experts at guest service, I consider myself so lucky to have them apart of our team. Looking forward to seeing you next year, on birthday #41~ Safe travels, Kim

This place is less then a 10 minute walk to the main activity on Broadway St and it's a safe walk there and back with good lighting and visibility. The hotel lobby is very colorful, sheek, and lively with musicians performing every night. The brand is part of IHG and I had a corporate discount with breakfast included. The rooms are a decent size and the bathroom shower pressure is fantastic. Only minor issue was that the bathroom is all white and there is mold in the corners. We would stay back here again.

Room Tip: They have 2 separate tower entrances with different elevator banks. I didn't find one less conve...

Hello YourWorldTraveler from Nashville! Thank you kindly for your review, and thank you for being an IHG member, gotta love breakfast! Sounds like you had a chance to take in all of Nashville on your business trip, and who doesn’t like live music in the lobby of their hotel? I am thrilled to hear you enjoyed, and even more excited that you will return. Thanks again, Kim

I LOVED my recent stay at Hotel Indigo. The bedroom was small but cozy. I felt like a full-time tenant living in a downtown apartment loft. The bathroom was HUGE. I loved the shower and choice of toiletries--the brand was AVEDA--I remember because I took the travel sizes home--and I NEVER do that. The bar was low-key but the ambience was perfect --a great place to just hang and relax. We asked the desk staff to recommend a Mexican restaurant and they recommended Rose Pepper in East Nashville. This, too, was perfect. Honestly, I wish I had extended my stay to four days instead of two. I even used the workout room, which was just right. I ran 4 miles on their LifeStyle equipment (good choice). This was a trip I will definitely make again. I could have lived there.

Had a Girl's Week and there were 3 of us sharing a room. Plenty of room, great shower and comfortable beds. The room was clean as well. With three people in a room, they should have anticipated that we would need more than two of everything thing like coffee mugs. Not major but at that price level, I expect a little more service. It's about two blocks from Broadway. Not a bad walk but it is up hilling coming back!! It right next to Printer's Alley which was great. They front desk was extremely helpful. There is a great breakfast restraunt around the corner. The Hotel restraunt was a little pricey for breakfast.

Room Tip: Rooms did vary in size. Corner rooms were smaller. You need a key card to use the elevator. You have...

When you walk in, the hotel is lovely - very welcoming and really characterful.

Staff lovely, free wifi in bedrooms.

Bedrooms are contemporary and lovely - but, like most Hotel Indigo - no fridge, microwave so don't bring any food with you.

Breakfast not included and you have to pay for parking so again bear this in mind.

But..........the atmosphere and the location make up for the drawbacks - would be nice to have a fridge though!!

Room Tip: We asked for a corner room so we had windows on both sides. Hotel advertises spa baths - our room h...

Greetings ScooterJuly from Nashville! Thank you for the great review, I am thrilled to hear you enjoyed the amenities and ambiance of our hotel. I have to say, the free wifi is one of my favorite amenities we offer. If you are looking for breakfast to be included in your room price, you can definitely choose to reserve the package that includes breakfast. And if you didn’t have the chance to try the French toast, it will change your life! Safe travels, Kim

Very nice hotel not too far from Broadway (if you're into the bar/music scene). Our room was clean and had the basics (TV, coffee maker, free Wi-Fi), but lacked an in-room safe. The king bed was adequate, the mattress was quite cheap and "springy". The room was on the small side, there was no place to leave our suitcases open. But, we loved the extra large shower. The rooms are not carpeted so we could hear loud footsteps from our neighbors wearing dress shoes. The bar downstairs was nice, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast (ordered off the menu). The staff was very pleasant and courteous.

Now for the really bad: The outside windows were absolutely filthy (so bad that I could not take clear photos through the glass), the outside window ledge was covered in bird excrement and feathers. And I'm not talking about a small amount, the ledge was *completely* covered and downright disgusting (worms and other things were living in it). To their credit, we found a notice under our door saying that they were about to begin their "annual" window cleaning and to keep the curtains drawn for privacy. We never saw the window cleaners during our three day stay and, let me just say, those windows need to be cleaned MONTHLY... not yearly! And I sure hope they also plan to power-wash the window ledges! Absolutely gross.

Greeting ZCrab, thank you for taking the time to review our hotel, we can only learn and improve from our guests point of view! Your feedback regarding our windows was helpful. I spoke to our window washing vendor and was able to be very specific about our needs from a guests perspective, and together we will make sure we are on point. I am happy to hear you enjoyed the Restaurant and the staff here at the Hotel, and can’t wait to welcome you back to the Indigo! Safe travels, Kim
