My husband and I stayed here during one of his business conferences. I had stayed here years ago before the remodel so it was nice to see the updated changes. I called to ask about one of the specials a few days before I arrived and spoke with Trayvon on the phone. When we checked in and the guy was getting our information, Trayvon recognized my voice from the phone and came over to speak ! I was beyond impressed. What great customer service. Everyone at the front desk had a pleasant attitude. I spoke with Pam at the front desk as well a couple of days and she was also very helpful in me trying to find an ATM. I had breakfast and lunch a few days in their restaurant and everything seemed pretty tasty to me. The Sunday buffet was really tasty and had a variety of options. Our room was nice. The only small complaint I had was that it felt damp in the room sometimes and I don't know if it was because of the air conditioning unit or just because the building was a little older. Overall we had a pleasant experience and would look to stay here again.
