Country Inns have been a consistently good experience for us and this location is no exception. Parking is at a premium, though, and if the hotel is full, you might have to park wherever you can find something, even if it is the gas station next door! Breakfast is included, with a good variety to choose from. Staff is friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet. It seemed to be recently renovated. WiFi was acceptable. Very close to I-40. We'd definitely stay here again.

I always fret that an airport hotel will have jet noise but this Country Inn was quiet, spacious and with a very comfy bed. Staff was friendly and hot breakfast was above average. Stay there again? You betcha.

This hotel has spacious, well-appointed rooms with a comfortable bed but with very small bathrooms. The continental breakfast in the lobby is the standard fare but is a nice included amenity of a stay in this hotel. I recommend asking for a room on the top (6th) floor, as mine there was very quiet with little noise from the hallway and no detectable noise from adjoining guest rooms. The service from desk personnel was hit or miss, with some being very courteous and helpful and others missing the mark of courteous and efficient service.

We stayed two different nights during our trip to the Nashville area. The first night we stayed there we called the hotel to have the shuttle pick us up. We had to call 4 times and waited 30 min. The hotel staff was less than friendly and nobody was at the desk when we arrived. Acted like we were being a bother because we arrived late. The second night we stayed we dropped off our rental car and called for the shuttle to pick us up. We waited 30 min. again. The van driver smelled of alcohol when he picked us up. Another person in our party also noticed it. The night staff that night was not that great either. The daytime staff and van driver were awesome, but the night staff stunk!!! Will not be staying at this hotel again!!!

We did a night at this place on either end of our trip to Nashville. First we called the shuttle to come get us at the airport and waiting 30 minutes and 4 phone calls later they finally got us! Get to the hotel to check in and front desk staff is outside smoking and the other guy on duty was no where to be found. Then he acted like he was just too busy to deal with me.

Now morning staff is awesome and very sweet! Check out and getting shuttle back to airport to get my rental car was a good experience.

Then fast forward a few days and checked back in and it was ok. THEN took the rental car back and called for the shuttle and it took 30 minutes again and 3 phone calls!! The driver had the smell of alcohol on him according to 2 people in our party. Yeah was NOT a happy person. Oh also the seatbelts in the shuttle van don't work.

Check out went ok and the shuttle driver was so sweet that morning.

So evening/night staff stinks but morning staff has their stuff together. My opinion just pay a little extra and stay at the Drury down the street. We stayed there a year ago and it was a wonderful experience!!!

Room Tip: Don't stay here!!

I have stayed at this hotel several times. The experience gets worse with each visit.
The rooms are not clean and the staff is not friendly. On the most recent visit (my last) room keys were not available for our entire two night stay. We were assured the key machine would be repaired shortly but it was not. We had to wait for the desk clerk to take us up to our room and unlock the door every time we went to our room. I tried to complain about our experience to the hotel manager but he would not return my call.

Room Tip: Chek the Hampton Inn acroos the road

I will get right to the point! The housekeeping manager was extremely rude and did not have our room cleaned when we complained about the dirt. There was dirt and hair on the bathroom floor as well as in the jacuzzi and when we checked out after 4 days, the floor still had not been touched and the sitting area had still not been vacuumed. The only thing done on a daily basis was changing the sheets on the bed. The mattress was hard as a rock and left us achy every morning. It was not worth $126 a night and we will never stay at Country Inn and Suites again.
