We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, Nashville early May for only one night and were very happy with our stay. The shuttle service is a wonderful benefit. We like to walk, but didn't know the area, the shuttle driver took us to a restaurant on West End, which was a nice street for browsing in little shops, we walked back to the hotel (a little over a mile, but a nice walk). Under my husband's protest, we walked to downtown, which is another mile-plus, and I wouldn't really recommend it, we should have took the shuttle, we cabbed it back since it was late. The hotel staff were some of the nicest people we've ever met, helpful and friendly. The location is in-between downtown and other areas, I generally prefer to be closer to downtown, but this wasn't too far. The morning breakfast was great, many selections and their great service topped it off.
