We started out at 555 Church St in Nashville. Stayed there one night and then moved to 505 Church St Nashville. Fabulous location, 2 blocks from Broadway. 505 Church St was far superior. The property was brand new Jan 2018. Floor to ceiling windows. We stayed on the 9th floor, view was gorgeous. We had 2 BR 2Bath. Perfect for 2 couples, very seperate sleeping and bath quarters. Amenities were awesome. Rooftop pool on 7th floor, tennis court, multiple fire pits, pool table, free Starbucks coffee station, grill, cabanas (1st come, 1st serve-no charge).
You need a card to get in the property, once in the elevator your card only allows you to your floor or the 7th floor-pool. I found it to be very safe.
I didn't give it 5 stars because the floors were not clean when we got to our room. There was different colors and kinds of hair on the floors among other debris. They clearly didn't sweep or vaccum when they cleaned. There was dust bunnies behind the couch (which is not up against the wall- so it was very visable)
I called and they did send someone right up to vaccum.
All in all, I would definatly stay there again!
New facility, clean and convenient. Was very happy with the cleanliness and overall quality of the apartments. Was quiet without disruptions during our long weekend stay. The 7th floor common area was an added bonus, pool, tennis courts, grills, coffee. This location can't be beat, it's a close walk to almost all the downtown attractions. Close to the honky tonks on Broadway (2 blocks), but just far enough away to get you out of the crazy when you're ready to relax. The only downside was while the kitchen had hardware and utensils, there were no essential cooking goods (salt, pepper, cooking oil, flour, etc....). I view that as a minor downside, the place is really new, so it might take some time for those goodwill items to "build up".
