“A hidden gem... Wonderful in every way.”

Stayed in one of the two downstairs rooms and absolutely loved it. It's clean cozy, and comfy. Becky, the assistant, made our stay super nice. Her breakfast is divine. It's the little things that count in a place like this. Catherine, the owner, is beyond amazing and really did make us feel like her personal guests. Trust the well-deserved reviews and stay here.

This was our first experience at a B&B and would highly recommend the Linden Manor. The rooms are very nice and clean. It is beautiful and in one of Nashville's finest neighborhoods. The staff (Becky) was awesome, with incredible breakfast each day!! Great experience.

What a wonderful time we had during our stay at the Linden B&B during the Thanksgiving holidays! This was our second stay there, as we were in Nashville last year, and both stays were really, really nice. We stayed in the Belmont room the first time and we were downstairs in our recent stay. The rooms were clean and breakfast time was special, as the food and host were amazing. The young hostess was very knowledgeable and made sure we had everything we needed. Catherine, the owner, set us up with a restaurant with a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. The dinner there was really nice and cannot wait to go back there. Overall, we would recommend this B&B to anyone, as we found it quaint and relaxing!

Room Tip: We found that any room in this B&B would make your stay special.

When my husband and I travel we stay in B&B’s so were very excited when we found the Linden Manor, with so many positive reviews. However, when we arrived at the Manor we were disappointed to find that although we had reserved the Vanderbilt room, over a month in advance, we had been given the Belmont room. One of the reasons why B&B post pictures of their rooms is so travelers can choose a room with a décor to make their trip special. As we were about to bring in our bags, a friend of Catherine’s arrived and told us Catherine had asked her to offer us the option to stay in the Belmont room or one of the rooms downstairs. Since the Belmont room was not our choice, and next to the kitchen, we opted to stay downstairs where there was a small sitting area, two bedrooms and a small refrigerator.
Although the house is quaint and full of potential it does not appear to be maintained well. Downstairs there were large cracks in the walls, signs of water damage in the bathroom, and one poster of the bed was loose. The room was cramped with too many pieces of bulky furniture. The bedding and sheets were clean but there were not enough towels in the bathroom (had to go up to the main house for additional bath towels), and all the rooms downstairs needed a good vacuuming (especially around the base boards to get rid of the spiders). I would Like to suggest providing drinking and wine glasses downstairs so the guests do not have to go outside up to the main house in search of them. Updating the televisions to flat screens would also be a good investment and space saver, as well as providing an iron and ironing board (I have never stayed in any B&B or hotel where an iron and board were not available for guests).
Although we were disappointed with the rooms, the breakfast was acceptable and we enjoyed talking to the young gal hosting us. She was very personable and offered suggestions of places to eat/explore. The location was also good with a few restaurants within walking distance and close enough to downtown that a cab ride was an affordable means of transportation.

Luxurious linens, bountiful breakfast, nice neighborhood, comfortably charming! This IS the place to stay. Catherine and Tom are both genial and genuine gems! We were there for business and a bit of play. Nashville is a beautiful city to explore. We will go back and spend more time.
Loved the Linden!

What a fantastic find on tripadviser this is an exellent B&B don't think you will find a better one around.Catherine our host was amazining anything you asked or wanted to know, she would go straight online and all the information we required was sorted. The room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was awsome and we made some great friends while in Nashville. Cathrine even ordered us tickets and were all there when we arrived now you can't get any better sevice than that.Recommended restaurants which were also great find. If I had to rate this B&B it would get 5stars plus. If you do stay here say hello to all from the two Sandra's from England. can't wait to return to Nashville again and stay at Lindon Manor its the best B&B i'v found and i have stayed in a few.It is a little bit out from Downtown but thats no problem as Taxi only $7.thank you Cathrine for making our stay so nice, also good company at breakfast..

We used Tripadvisor to locate a quaint B&B in Nashville. We were passing thru on our way from Texas to New England.
What a jewel!!!
Catherine is the consummate hostess. From Connecticut, she made us feel right at home.
We have been to many B&B's and Catherine is by far, the most comfortable as hostess. You can tell that she truly loves being an Innkeeper. As guests, we felt completely welcome in her Home.
And, she can recommend any event to suit your tastes(e.g. shows, restaurants). And,Catherine can make it all happen with a telephone call.
Eat at Sambuca's just down 12th Street if you want a romantic dinner for two with live, professional music!!!
Please stay and tell Catherine Lori & David said hello from New Hampshire!!!
