We stayed 10 nights in this recently opened hotel, only 4 months old, and were pleasantly surprised by the spacious studio sized room of around 40 sq.mtrs on the top floor (4th). Although located in a business centre, the Metro Center, it is convenient to reach downtown Nashville (about 3 miles) either using an inexpensive UBER cab or taking a bus which runs every 20/25 minutes. The No. 9 bus stop is only 50 metres from the hotel entrance. While the bus takes longer, completing a circuit around the Metro Center to pick up local workers or tourists before heading downtown it doesn't take very long in a comfortable cheap air conditioned bus to reach the Music City Central Bus Station. The only downside is that the last bus to return this way leaves Music City Central at 5.20pm so we invariably caught an UBER cab to get back. One suggestion is to get a free transfer at the Bus Station to catch the No. 34 bus to Opry Mills Shopping Mall and Opryland which must be visited at least once. The No.34 is infrequent so you will need to check the times to ensure a short transfer wait. The same applies for the return journey. The hotel room has ample storage space, a large TV, a fully functioning kitchen including a large fridge/freezer with ice making facility, a large microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and two ring hob plus the required kitchen utensils. We had a Queen bed which was firm but very comfy. The hotel has no restaurant or breakfast room but provides a Food Locker which can be used by guests for any economical food or drink essentials with complimentary snacks (apples, bananas and microwave popcorn). The hotel supplies an ironing board, hair drier and a very useful free Laundrette with commercial washers and driers. The hotel has two gas barbecue grills under cover which can be used by guests who may wish to grill their own food. There is a also a gym facility. The hotel staff from the reception through to the cleaners were always extremely accommodating and friendly. They ensured that we were kept happy and helped with any questions or issues and could not be faulted. The noise of the fridge/freezer was a little annoying when it came on, the smoke detector flashing warning light could be infuriating if you had difficulty sleeping and you can hear the shower running of a nearby room however these are very minor issues when considering the overriding benefits to be had from this very functional hotel. It is well worth considering staying here if you plan a few days or more in Nashville Music City.

IHG / Candlewood has redesigned this brands rooms and concept. While maintaining the original format, they have made the rooms bigger, nicer and the beds are VERY comfortable. The new style "convenience" store is quite nice and has lots of goodies. The BIG plus is that this is a NON SMOKING facility although you can smoke at the outdoor gazebo. Don't forget to bring food to grill outside if you don't want to cook indoors.

This hotel was where we evacuated to from Irma and we felt fortunate. The staff was really nice and we got to keep our animals with us. There is a full sized fridge, flat top stove and microwave. It's new and in great shape. Good location close to downtown with greenery to walk your dog.

This brand new hotel is located in an office park. It's only minutes from downtown, yet it has a much more suburban feel. There’s plenty of parking, plenty of green space, and it’s very peaceful and quiet in the evenings. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We came in towing a 20' flatbed trailer, and they were even nice enough to let us drop it there during the day, so we didn't have to drag it with us all over town.

The rooms are spacious and nicely done. Beds are firm but comfy. There’s a wall unit providing drawers, shelves, and a huge amount of desk/counter/table space. There’s also a generously sized (about 6’) closet.

The bathroom is nicely sized for 1 or 2 people – if you’re trying to fit an entire family in it at once, you’ll find it a bit small. It had good water flow, and the shower head was mounted high enough to easily accommodate this six footer.

There’s no restaurant or breakfast in the hotel, but each room has a fully optioned kitchenette featuring a glass cooktop, sensor cook microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full refrigerator with functional ice maker, restaurant quality tableware, pots, pans, and even food storage containers. There’s also a full compliment of fast food restaurants, a Starbucks, and a gas station with a great convenience store all within an easy ½ mile walk or drive. For those not wishing to leave for food, the hotel also has an honor system pantry open 24/7.

The only complaints we had were small:
- There is only one build in USB port, and it took me forever to find it (on the wall, under the night stand)

- The smoke detector has an EXTREMELY bright LED light which blinks about once every 10 seconds, all day and all night. It’s so bright that when it’s dark, you can “see” it with your eyes closed. I found myself positioning myself and the pillows / bedding around that LED so it wouldn’t bug me while I tried to sleep.

Overall though, we really enjoyed this hotel. With a son attending college in Nashville, we'll be making many more trips, and this, at least for now, will our go-to spot.

I stayed here on eclipse weekend so it was full. The hotel was only 2 months old so everything was brand new which I liked. Room was very clean as well. The location is a little out of the way but still pretty close to the tourist things. If they keep things up, I'd definitely stay again
