The staff was great. From the front desk, shuttle service, breakfast hostess, and room cleaning staff, they were all first class. The breakfast hostess was a bright and sunny start to each day as she spread her sunshine from table to table and the rest of the staff always greeted us with a friendly smile. Katie at the front desk was very helpful with directions into downtown Nashville and tips on where to park and get around. Overall, the staff helped to enhance our stay from good to great!!

I am a Hilton Diamond member and see many, many Hampton Inn properties. I have not written any other reviews, but I wanted to give the staff at this hotel a big thanks for going above and beyond when I needed help.

They are excellent and the customer service is well appreciated.

Let me start by saying that I am a Gold HH member and have stayed at Hilton's from PA to FL. This was the best service experience from any Hilton brand I have ever experienced. The hotel is fairly new. Great location. Easy to get in and out of. You are literally no traffic and less than 5 min from Grand Ol Opry and the Opry Mills. The service staff here is awesome! The front desk staff were very helpful in answering touristy questions. The lobby staff during our 2 day stay were amazing. They had 3 ladies constantly stocking the breakfast bar, cleaning, refilling coffee, and engaging guests. Non-stop. Breakfast was a hot breakfast bar and Hampton's make yourself waffles. Get down early because it gets busy but they won't run out of food! Good food as well! One of the staff was talking to a guest at breakfast and the guest said this hotel is beautiful we have enjoyed our stay. The staff member said " thank you mam. We really love our hotel and want to keep it nice and keep our guests coming back." I think that says a lot about the reason why this stay was awesome. They care. Another lady came by and said to my wife and I "I'll let you get started with your breakfast and I will be back to bring you your box of love." We were thinking? Ok she came back in 10 min and brought us some mints and thanked us for staying. As she went from table to table the reaction was the same and ended with a smile. Guests could not stop talking about their stay and staff. To this staff, keep up the great work! Thank you

Nice, clean hotel but too expensive if you are visiting Nashville during a sporting event! We were there to attend a family wedding, but it was the same weekend a basketball tournament was in town. Therefore, there was a high demand for hotel rooms throughout the area and all the hotels raised their room rates considerably. We paid almost $200 per night for two nights and the room, hotel, and hotel location was not worth that much, which I resented. But what could we do? If traveling to Nashville when there is not a sporting event, this would be a good choice and I am sure the nightly room rate would be more reasonable and appropriate!

We stayed the lst weekend in March and with a government rate paid $107. Definitely one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The beds were comfortable and clean. There is no wall makeup mirror in the bathroom, and we unplugged the fridge because it was loud. The breakfast was very good with cooked oatmeal in a large pot, not the instant packages. My husband loved the waffles, the coffee was good, and there were plenty of items to choose from. I wanted milk to take up to the room at night, and the pantry didn't sell it. One of the girls there got me a large cup of milk from the kitchen. The staff was all very nice. The shuttle will take you to the Opryland Hotel, but does not go to Opry Mills for shopping. We would stay again if in the opryland area.

Room Tip: The hotel is at the end of a street, so it is very quiet.

We stayed here for one night the weekend of Thanksgiving 2012. The room was excellent. Very clean, comfortable beds and quiet. The Breakfast was also surprisingly well done. A little bit of everthing, and even with our 4 veru different tastes in food, we all found something good to eat. We will definitely be staying here from now on whenever we are in Nashville. This is a definitel 5 star hotel and worth the money!

Room Tip: We stayed on the 3rd floor, but didnt hear anything from any of the other guests.

We stayed here at our halfway point to Louisiana.
The staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.
The hotel was clean, updated and quiet.
The breakfast was great with eggs, gravy, waffles, and all the other things you could think of. The staff for breakfast was bright and cheery.
We will definitely stay here again.
