“Great hotel for park and fly!”

We had an early flight to Las Vegas so stayed here the night before. Front desk very friendly and efficient. Felt very safe leaving our vehicle here for 4 nights (included). The shuttle service was great! It was right on time when we needed to go at 5:30 a.m. and upon arriving back at the airport we called and the shuttle was there very quickly to get us back to the hotel and to our vehicle. Both drivers were very nice. The airport is very close and it only takes about 5 minutes to get there. We liked the little restaurant there by the lobby. It was just right to relax and have a meal before going to the room for the night. I had the chicken pasta, one of my sons had salmon and my husband and other son had club sandwiches. We all liked our food and the server was nice. Also used the business room to print our boarding passes for the next morning (included). Rooms were fine. We weren't crazy about the sleep number beds but it was okay for just the night. Our main criteria was the park and fly, feeling like the vehicle would be safe and prompt shuttle service. This hotel handled all of those perfectly and the employees were very friendly. Will definitely stay here again when flying out of Nashville.

I've stayed at a radisson before so I knew that my room was going to be ok. As expected, it was. Loved the sleep number bed. Spacious bathroom with plenty of counter space.

Since I was staying only one night and this particular hotel was located near the airport, I had no choice (but also wanted to try) the hotel restaurant for dinner. They had this small area for their restaurant which looked more like a bar with some lounge tables and chairs. Nice use of space but I wouldn't call it a restsurant.

My colleagues and I ordered a drink each and one dish. The waitress seemed overwhelmed with only other 4 tables to service. We've got our drinks. My beer and colleagues was only given in bottle with no glass to pour into. When our dishes came, there was no silverware. Also my friend was expecting his chicken salad on a bed of lettuce as stated in the menu. We've asked the waitress and she checked with the chef and we were told "it came without it." She also added that the had different chefs. However we checked the menu and it indeed stated on a bed if lettuce. We asked the waitress to double check with the chef and 18 minutes later we got the bed if lettuce. Late after the dish was eaten half way. Not quite sure why it took too long to provide lettuce.

The shuttle driver and from desk person on duty were really nice. Also the breakfast the next morning.

Not quite sure if I would eat at the "restaurant " again, but I do like the comfort of the rooms.

Average airport hotel. Lobby and staff are very nice. Breakfast attendant (Asian man) goes out of the way to help everyone. Close to airport

Negatives:
One of the tv remotes did not work
Phone in room did not work
One of the lamps did not work

We had a 6 am flight so stayed the night. We used their park and fly. The rate was very good since we left our car for 9 days.Checkin and out was fast and easy. Front desk personal were great. Parking was an issue but think it was the season. Between Xmas and New Year.

Had 2 issues. The first was the batteries in the remote. Looked like a dog had been chewing on them. Walked down to front dest and got new batteries. Batteries not working not a big deal. The second was the fitted sheet on the bed. It kept coming loose from the corners.

The bed was wonderful. We had a great night sleep. The shuttle left on time and were at the airport in minutes.

Will stay again.

Thank you for your comments and for staying with us. As it is a new year we are replacing all batteries in the remotes throughout the hotel. I have also let the front desk staff know about the wakeup call and as a training issue to remind the gust service agents to let the guests know about having to listen to the message before just hanging up. Excellent hotel that is centrally located to everything. Downtown and opryland hotel were no more than 10 minutes away. Indoor pool was great. The only drawback was trying to find parking in the parking lot each night. It might have been due to the time of year.

Had this very short trip to Nashville ... checked in at 5 PM and checked out at 4AM the next morning .... at the end of a pretty long and tiring day. The Front office folks were fantastic .... warm and friendly, knew one came in at the end of a tiring day, made the whole check in easy and happy..... The short stay was comfortable. The check out, the shuttle to the airport ... the whole attitude of the team there... Certainly a place i will continue to go back to and stay at during my travel ....

Nowadays customer service is backseat to bottom lines for businesses. Corners are cut and often staff are not happy with occupations. As one who demands service for what I pay coupled with value this Hotel made me happy. (Very rare) staff were friendly, beds and room were great, (practically free upgrades) and fast available airport shuttle make this the only Hotel I will stay in from here on. You will not be disappointed staying at this Hotel.
