So, here in Nashville Tennessee sits an exact replica, built to original specifications of The Parthenon in Greece. ?? Okay, it was for the Tennessee Centennial in the late 1800's but still, and odd attraction. However, don't let that keep you from this amazing structure. We examined the outside, but decided to pay the reasonable $6 admission fee to go inside, If all you saw was the gigantic statue of Athena, that would be worth the price of admission. However, in addition to the historical information and displays, there is usually some great art on exhibit there. This was my 8th trip to Nashville and my first time to see The Parthenon. Don'm miss it!
