The only thing about this entire visit was the amount of people. However, it is well worth the trip. We went downtown, did some sight seeing, then caught a show. The performers were excellent and really got the crowd involved, unlike any other show I have been to (except The Grand Ole Opry, very similar).
You will leave this show in a great mood! All seats have a great view but if you plan ahead and get closer to front and center, you might even get to shake the hand (or high five it) of one of the performers.

In the heart of Nashville the Ryman Auditorium was a great tour. You have a choice of either self-guided or with a guide. We did the self-guided tour and enjoyed greatly.

Apart from it place in local music history, it has a unique audience ambiance and intimacy; setting aside a few seats with views blocked by pillars, every one is good with views of performers. Staff always friendly and helpful!

To see were all the greats stood and preformed. Worth the stop and price. Even after the flood a few years ago, it is in great shape.

Lots of history here at the original Grand Ole Opry location. Recommend a visit and a (self guided) tour.
