Marvelous memories come alive for those of us brought up on black & white TV! The Ryman is still a fantastic music venue with outstanding acoustics. And the museum displays and timeline are very informative.

So glad we visited, but sorry we did not book tickets to a show. Maybe next time.

All the lines for beer and/or liquor were WAY too long, and pricey ($7.00 for a 12 oz. crappy beer). Put a buzz on before you go (if you need to), and just enjoy the show.

Awesome tour, loved backstage and all the stories relating to the Opry. Our guide was extremely knowledgable and made the stories interesting, beautiful old building with an amazing history. Even though we are not great country and western fans this tour was most enjoyable, make sure you take the backstage tour.

Overall a great experience. I expected a little bit more oh history from guide but it did distract from just being in this historical Country Western venue!
