We went on this tour as part of the Country Music Hall of Fame tour. Knowing the great music that was recorded here was amazing. Such a piece of music history! Great tour guide full of lots of information and interesting tidbits.

I was struck by how simple was this studio that generated all the classic hits. I didn't know about all the variations of country music and what was the Nashville Sound. Our guide was very knowledgeable.

Best for people who have some memory of Elvis and the sixties. We had an engaging tour guide who was full of great stories and passionate about country music. Well worth the few extra dollars tacked onto the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Tour takes about an hour but it is the only studio tour in Nashville. It's the most famous studio in the world and has produced more songs than any other studio in the world. It's cool that some of the same equipment used to record the likes of Elvis, Johnny Cash, and soooo many more is still being used today. They give you a lot of background on the history of the place which is really cool if you're into the history of country music.
