Love this market. In particular the drive to the market. It's in red hill and it's beautiful. Big market so plenty of food choices for everyone. Nice on a sunny day.

Went by ferry and then by bus. Everything was arranged by the ferry company. Plenty of time to shop. Plenty of different types of food.

I didn't know anything about it but we were driving past it on the way to lunch.
Saw so many cars that you couldn't help but ask "what is that"
The most amazing range of everything from fruit, crafts, all sorts of produce.
Parking seems to be a problem - you have to park some distance away at the wrong time.

If you're visiting the Mornington Peninsula and love markets, then don't miss the one at Red Hill. The variety of different crafts and items is extensive, as is the array of fresh fruit and vegetables. It commences at 8.30 and goes to about 1.00, but you want to make sure to get there early. Parking is now $4 and is well organised by the local Lions Club. We didn't have breakfast before we went and that wasn't a problem due to a great range of food. There are a number of stalls with items for young children from clothes to decorations. Plenty of freshly made cakes, cup cakes, tarts etc to take home with you for a hearty lunch or dinner.
