Our stay was short ( just 2 nights ) but next time we return to Victoria we will stay longer, for sure. The kids LOVED it, the town is cute with lots to see and do. But the highlight, aside from the fantastic facilities, was the staff. Friendly and helpful - a wonderful representation of the park :)

Room Tip: We stayed in row B in a 2 bedroom Queenscliff Cabin. It was fantastic - close to the shop and pool, etc.

We stayed for five nights during the off season with our nine month old baby. We stayed in a Curlewis villa which was excellent value for money given the time of year. The villa was spotlessly clean and the staff had arranged for a portacot and a high chair to be available in the room for us on arrival.

Facilities in the cabin are modern and very clean. The weather turned cool so we appreciated the gas log fire for ambiance and the back up of a split system. The location is excellent for day trips to nearby areas but there is plenty to do within the park itself.

Our only minor complaint and it is very minor is that there isn't a lot of privacy on the decked areas of the cabins. Given its a caravan park it is only a small niggle but I imagine during peak season when everyone is enjoying bbq dinners outside that it could be a little confronting being that close to your neighbours. The pool also could have been a tad warmer as it was too cool for our baby to swim in and she is used to swimming.

Room Tip: Number 10 Curlewis Villa seems to be the best in terms of privacy

Great park for families, there was no need to leave the park, so much for children to do.
Very good quality units with a lot of thought gone into them. The Couta room for young ones was excellent, and close to the outdoor kitchen area.
The pool was a great success, and the craft classes held each morning were very well run, and the kids loved it.

Would thoroughly recommend this Big4 to anyone wanting an extremely comfortable stay. We stayed in a Lonsdale Villa, very swish! Staff were fantastic, nothing too much trouble, service with a smile. Facilities are first class.

Room Tip: Do try the Lonsdale Villas, better than your average cabin.

Stayed for 1 night on our trip around Australia as we were waiting to get the ferry the next day.The room was modern, very spacious and clean. It was reasonably priced. Could not find a fault with facilities.
