With all the hype about this restaurant, especially the good reviews, we decided to try.
We had garlic bread and an order of olives for starters. The garlic bread was alright, olives portion was generous and came warm, which was a nice surprise.
I ordered a Morrocan style stuffed chicken, and my daughter ordered fettuccine with chargrilled veges. Although we couldn't fault the dishes, there was nothing to trumpet about.
The waiter forgot to offer black pepper at the start of our meal, we had to ask for it. The chef must have been tired. We sat right by him, and there was no sign of happy cooking from him, more like he had to do what he had to do.
Perhaps dinner is better, but I don't think we will be back there any time too soon.

Fronted up on New Year's Eve without a booking after a random drive and not finding anything else quite right in the area. We were seated at the bar on the understanding we could have the next un-booked table that came free and quoted maybe 20 - 30 min delay. Within 15 mins we were at a table, ordered and very relaxed.
Food was very good value for money - the limited menu on NYE still had a good choice and fresh ingredients, service was friendly yet not intrusive. Overall value was great.
We literally stumbled across this place and looking forward to trying the usual menu soon.

Very relaxing dining spot. Good food and pleasant staff. Great on a Sunday for lunch. Good spot for catch-up with friends or taking out of town visitors.

Service was poor; wine took 20 minutes after ordering to be brought to the table; beer was hot (they did put it in the freezer for a minuite to try and cool it);meal took nearly two hours from ordering to being placed on the table. staff just laughed when we queried why the meal was taking so long when others around us who arrived and ordered after us were finishing their dessert before our meal had arriived. Overall a very dissappointng experience.
