With all the hype about this restaurant, especially the good reviews, we decided to try.
We had garlic bread and an order of olives for starters. The garlic bread was alright, olives portion was generous and came warm, which was a nice surprise.
I ordered a Morrocan style stuffed chicken, and my daughter ordered fettuccine with chargrilled veges. Although we couldn't fault the dishes, there was nothing to trumpet about.
The waiter forgot to offer black pepper at the start of our meal, we had to ask for it. The chef must have been tired. We sat right by him, and there was no sign of happy cooking from him, more like he had to do what he had to do.
Perhaps dinner is better, but I don't think we will be back there any time too soon.
