“"No dogs allowed"”
Reviewed November 22, 2012

As retirees we always travel with our well-behaved and trained house dog. The signs all along the lakeside prohibiting dogs is offensive.... we would rather drive through than give the town our business.

“Top Spot”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

Recently visited Nagambie. Stayed at Nagambie Lakes Leisure Park. Beautiful spot, great facilities. The Goulburn River is beautiful. Fantastic park for families, singles and couples alike. Lovely Cabin accomodation overlooking the river. Powered sites also for camping and caravanning.
Close to Tahbilk Estate and Mitchelton Wineries. Great location. Only a hop, step and jump from Melbourne. Highly recommended! You can take your boat too, if you have one. Also lovely Cafe and Restaurant on site.

“A nice place to break the drive, great playground and cafes”
Reviewed June 4, 2012

We stopped off at Lake Nagambie when returning from Melbourne. It’s a pleasant town, with a lake in the centre its well know for the state rowing champs.

The lake has BBQ areas and a child’s play ground and is walking distance from the main street full of cafes, restaurants and takeaways, so there is something for everyone.

“Fun fun fun!”
Reviewed April 18, 2012

Why come to Nagambie if you aren't going to enjoy the lake? The best time is early morning in autumn as the mist slowly lifts - beautiful. A great place to be.
