We have eaten here quite a lot over the years. The food is always good and usually plenty of it. There is a high staff turnover and although the staff are generally pretty good, the owner has absolutely no personality - he never ackowledges regular guests, his does not make eye contact, he is actually quite rude without saying anything! He has a good restaurant foodwise, but he needs a few lesson on hospitality and being a good boss. Familiar faces and smiling ones at that, would make this a much nicer place to eat.
