“Like a home away”
Reviewed November 3, 2017 for a stay in October 2017

Rob's farm is welcoming and beautiful.
We only stayed two nights in the old world meets modern hut but found it most relaxing and enjoyable.
The farm dogs Maggie and Bobby plus tutty cat were too happy to socialise.
We hope again to return
Thanks :)

“Cosy Cottage on Stunning Estate near Mount Buller”
Reviewed July 28, 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Stayed at this gorgeous little cottage with a cosy fire place and charming decor. Felt like we were in a time warp! property manager Rob is helpful and friendly as is the resident dog and cat. Stunning dam with fishing and surrounding property for exploring, close to Mt Buller, very clean and tidy.

“Beautifully Relaxing”
Reviewed July 10, 2017 for a stay in July 2017

We stayed for 6 nights in the Pioneer Cottage on Black Horse Park, Boorolite. What a beautifully relaxing place. Rob was a superb host and nothing was too much trouble. Maggie and Scruffy (two dogs out of the three on the property) visited us daily too and were very friendly. The cottage is a restored pioneer cottage and was very comfortable, and beautifully restored (although I'm sure the ensuite is an addition - lol). We fished in the dam but only got one nibble and took some beautiful photos. We also took a long walk, although it was a little longer than we planned - thanks google maps! I would recommend staying here if you really want to get away from busy city life - it was very serene. There's a couple of other rentals available on the property for larger groups.
