“Fashion treasure found in the Goldfields”
Reviewed November 17, 2013

We counted 12 restaurants and cafes along Piper Street and fab boutique shopping. My favourite being Highbury Etc a shop dedicated to sizes 16 - 22 a real spoil for we curvy girls who like to shop! A great range of labels from designers from overseas and Australia. A real surprise find in country Victoria. They also have a shop catering for sizes 8-14, Highbury Mix.

A great day out.

“Great country feel”
Reviewed October 24, 2013

Lots of choices for food and coffee. Great walk on a sunny day. If you get to visit when the market is on then it adds more atmosphere. Try Mollison and High Street also. A lovely country town.

“Historic Strip”
Reviewed September 17, 2013

Went on the weekend and had a lovely stroll along Piper Street and went into most of the boutique stores. People were mostly friendly and lots of things to look at or window shop. Quite pricey the stores so a little hard to be tempted especially for people that ;love to shop. The bluestone buildings and history of the street is lovely but I felt lacked atmosphere (maybe winter not many around). Probably felt Daylesford in comparison had more interest.

“Historic Bluestone Victoria”
Reviewed August 16, 2013

this is an easy walk, along an interesting old street in Kyneton. There are good quality art and craft galleries, furnishing stores, gift shops, nic-nacks and nursery. The Museum is well worth the visit, so allow plenty of time to take in the display.
