If you only have one night in Kyneton for dinner you have to go to Flouch's, even delaying your arrival to ensure it's open. Michael is an artist, shares his life story on the restaurant walls and is very passionate about his food. His gnocchi was to die for and the chocolate soufflé which was made from scratch, one of the best we've had. The service from the Canadian waiter was attentive and he was very knowledgable about the wine. Visiting Flouch's allows you to enjoy the food, take in the history and watch Michael prepare your food. A really enjoyable experience.
