I was travelling with four boys and this park made it so much easier for me. The cabin they offered was a fantastic size for the five of us and a terrific price. It was lovely and clean and the staff so welcoming and friendly. They turned on the air con so when we arrived it was lovely and warm and they left chocolate biscuits in the fridge. Kids loved the jumping pillow and games room and i got to use my computer with free WIFI access. There was so much that the kids could do. We will be back and I highly recommend this to any families looking for a place to stay.

Room Tip: The cabin across from the tennis court and near the jumping pillow was a great size for a family of...

sorry, but cannot recommend to other caravaners, en-suite sites are hard to access, small, uneven and admittedly due to the inclement weather, rather boggy in places. Staff were helpful but we believe the whole place needs a face-lift and it appears that is partly underway. Cabins may be OK but as far as value for money for en-suite sites, our recommendation would be to look elsewhere.

Room Tip: didn't use cabins so we cannot comment.

Booked a cabin for my Son and Daughter-in-Law and their two young children. The cabin was lovely and clean and very comfortable. All the staff encountered at the park were extremely friendly and accommodating, There was a great little play area for the kids and bikes available for hire for older ones. I would definitely book at the park again.

Recently we stayed for one night at this holiday park due to a funeral that would be on early the next day near Frankston. I rang Tammy up, and she organised everything for me, so that I did not have to worry about anything. We had a late check in and an early checkout, but the pick up and drop off of the keys was convenient and easy to find. When we arrived at about 22:30, lights had been left on in the cabin, and the heater had been turned on. We had fresh milk in the fridge, and a packet of biscuits as well. And all our linen and towels were already on the bed. The cabin was clean, tidy, and warm. I felt that 168 per night is a little steep, but the cabin slept six, and I could understand that for others it would be a better price. Thank you so much BIG4 Frankston, for making this awful trip a little bit better.

Arrived in melbourne over grand prix weekend & couldn't find availability in city. Camped on a powered site here for 3 nights. The manager who we met on arrival was extremely rude and dis interested. The park is not suitable for campers and we were given a terribly laid out plot. Camping area closely surrounds the kitchen and with only one pathway in people tend to walk across sites. The kitchen is open & our tent was less than 2metres from the sink which gave us zero privacy. People laughing and shouting at 11.30PM made it very difficult for us to get a good nights sleep. Security was called but never showed up. Toilet & showering facilities are very good, camp kitchen average, grounds were spotless. This campsite is a good hour's drive from Melbourne city so be prepared. Least enjoyable stay in a big4 park.

Quiet park with friendly service. Excellent amenities, always clean. Every area of the park was clean, neat, tidy and just so quiet when it should be. The pool was always spotless but well used by visitors. Every staff member greeted you like a long lost friend and bent over backwards to help anyone out. Will definitely return to this park sometime.

Room Tip: We had our van but all the cabins looked to be very well maintained.
