Thank you for expressing your concerns. I apologise you felt your experience was not as it should have been.

There are a few activities intentionally designed to give participants that adventurous feeling by creating perceived risk as opposed to actual risk. The larger steps and movement add to that feeling, but we do this without compromising the safety of our participants.

We have taken a look at the flying foxes and trees to identify your concern here, but there were none that could cause a person to miss a platform.

The courses are independently checked annually by an engineer and an arborist, who provide reports to ensure we operate safely. The safety equipment we selected is of the highest standard to ensure participants can be kept safe whilst having a good time climbing around. All courses and equipment are checked and maintained on a daily basis prior to allowing customers on the courses.

Trees Adventure was the first company to introduce the smart belay system into Australia in 2010. Safety is our highest priority and we will continue to strive to create a fun and safe environment at our parks.
