This would have to be one of the best B&B's I have stayed in. We stayed in a blue room and with the curtains closed and the open fire crackling away we dosed off to a great nights sleep. The bed room was quite spacious and very comfortable. As we moved down the hall way to have breakfast in the mornings there was this great smell of freshly backed muffins which were still warm as we had our first cup of coffee. Breakfast was more than we expected and kept us going well into the afternoon. Ann and Tony, you do it exceptionally well. Many thanks.

We booked out Erindale for 4 couples so we had the run of the house. Poor Tony missed an important family event in order to stay and look after us, for which we are quite grateful ! Shows some commitment to service also I believe.

Having now had the opportunity to go through all of the rooms, I would recommend asking for one of the rooms with the larger ensuite if you have a choice.

Even though Tony was working solo the service was excellent. Breakfast for 8 was seamless, vast and tasty as before.

We had a great time !

What a complete surprise. I'm not a huge fan of B&B's and so was a little hesitant to book. If Erindale is typical of B&B's then I'm a convert. Lovely room with open fire, great bathroom with spa and the breakfast was simply to die for. Such warm unobtrusive hospitality from Tony and Ann. What a great experience.

Our group of 3 couples recently spent three nights (Thurs, Frid, Sat) at Erindale B&B.. There are 4 ensuite guest bedrooms and a lounge, dining room and conservatory for sole use of Guests. Each bedroom had an open fire that was set and ready to light. Other heating and electric blankets made sure you were always snug and warm. Each day the fire was reset and the towels, bathmat etc, changed. There was also a double spa in each bathroom. In the guest lounge was another open fire which was kept lit. Port and chocolates were laid out for us each night when we returned from dinner. There was tea and coffee making available along with yummy freshly baked muffins. Breakfast was a treat each day. Our hosts Tony and Ann were very welcoming and were always on hand if we needed anything. We had a great time and I would highly recommend this B&B..

Can't really add much mire therm what the other reviews have already stated. Fantastic hospitality, good location, lovely period b& b. Small ensuite but functional.

Privacy not the biggest drawcard with people walking past your room !

Overall though a very pleasant experience with breakfast that can only be described as incredibly generous !!!

We enjoyed two great nights at the Erindale Guest House. Our room was bigger than we expected with spa ensuite, was nicely furnished and very clean. It is in a good location, handy to the main street of town, and with off-street parking. The hosts, Tony and Ann, were very friendly and able to tell us about options for dining out and sight-seeing. Breakfast both mornings was very good, including a variety of hot and cold options. Chocolates and port in the communal lounge room at night was a nice touch. While we didn’t use them, there was also a wide variety of books, games and CDs available in the lounge. We really enjoyed our time there, and would have liked to have been able to stay longer.

Our room was lovely, with period features and furnishings, with its own private deck. The bed was comfortable and the curtains blocked out all the light so we could enjoy a sleep in. The ensuite bathroom with spa was a bit smaller than expected and may be a bit of a disappointment to younger or newer couples on their first romantic weekend away. We stayed there to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary so it was no concern to us. We managed to enjoy a good, long soak both nights. The guests' fridge and tea/coffee making facilities are communal. Breakfast is served in the communal dining room but can be served on your deck if you prefer. We enjoyed a lovely hot breakfast both mornings along with fruit and freshly baked muffins. The host bakes a batch of muffins fresh every morning and as well as appearing on the breakfast table they are served as afternoon tea on arrival. We were even given a bag when we left to take with us for afternoon tea. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and the house a pleasant walk from the town centre. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Beechworth.
