This is the "fine dining" restaurant of the Rydges Hotel in Parramatta-Rosehill. We had a three course dinner and enjoyed it very much. Prices are average for this class of restaurant (and Rydges Priority Membership helps....). The menu offers a good selection of meat, seafood and other dishes. The winelist has good choices as well. Staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. You don't feel rushed; the waiting time for courses to come through is quite acceptable.
Presentation of the food is very nice and the taste and quality excellent. One of the better Rydges restaurants!
Only minus: the tables are not covered; a tablecloth or at least a nice placemat would round things off.
