-A disgrace to hospitality, unhelpful customer service
-Dirty,noisy place,ok location
-Deceptive,false advertising on hotel websites.They say its the last room left to hurry you into making a booking,then will not refund ANY money at all.
-DO NOT STAY HERE!
-Nothing good to say about this place at all

We had a very good time during our stay in APX. Room was clean and neat. Reception was good. But room cleaning was not done regularly. We have to tell them or remind them everyday to come and clean the room. Also tell them to do each and everything

Simple accommodation with everything you need in the room. Really good value for money. Helpful staff, especially Poojitha (always with beautiful smile) and Dylan (anything you need just ask). Will stay there again.

Rude staff, dirty, filthy rooms, these people do not have a clue about customer service- resembles motels run by the 'patels' . Shame as the location is great and on reading the reviews you wonder how they can get away with such shambolic hospitality.

Back to APX Parramatta: Good Move ME!
I have tried some other cheaper apartments and regretted it - poor quality, service poor, no parking, scary noises...
APX is clean and well located and good value. Winner
