We have just checked out of one, of two rooms we booked for two nights.
We were attending the Easter Show, on Saturday, and this was to save us the drive back up the coast, after a late night.
The staff that greeted us, for check in, were delightful. Especially the young girl (perhaps Eleese or similar?).
She was so bubbly, friendly and helpful.
Our room, had two double beds and was spacious enough, for what we needed.
Quite clean, but attention to detail, could be improved. Notably, dusting and the skirting boards. One of our beds, appeared to have been sat on too.
Bathroom was modern and clean. Our request for extra towels, both days were happily delivered.
There is also a ‘pillow menu’ we took the option of using.
The children also took advantage of using the pool, which was sparkling clean.
Our booking included a breakfast buffet both mornings.
Plenty of options to chose from.
Again, attention to detail could be improved. Several plates were either dirty or greasy.
Overall, a great place to spend a couple of nights.
I would definitely recommend The Mercure at Rosehill.More
