Breathtaking views over the Harbour, particularly watching as a storm approached. Two minds with the food, entrees were delicious, beautifully presented, Marron, Garlic & Herb Prawns, mouthwatering Scallop dish and California rolls - all a delight to eat, our party certainly enjoyed each one.
The Mains were a little disappointing. The Barramundi dish a little tastless, Wagyu beef very underone, almost raw, rack of lamb quite fatty and then the signature dish of roast suckling pig, very underwhelming. Not particularly well served, and NO crackling, something always expected with roasted suckling pig, and at the price, very disappointing. Top marks for the salad, fries and potato mash, all perfect.
The petit fours were amazing. Every one delicious and a delight to eat.
We found the restaurant incredibly noisy with a full house, acoustically not pleasant particularly if you wanted to chat. We found it difficult to hear one an other. Also the drink service needs attention.
So a mixed day, with some items wonderful, others disappointing.
