The location by the airport was convenient for an early morning departure. Excellent restaurant on site and very friendly staff. Room was tidy and quiet. Not much within walking distance as the hotel is located within a somewhat industrial location. Overall good value for the amount paid- hotels in the Sydney area are rather expensive.

My GPS found this place hard to find. Once I got there and negotiated the right carpark entrance I went to check in. The front desk staff were very efficient. Couldn't ask for better service at check in or check out. My room was HUGE! Only problem was the telephone was broken but there were 2 other phones in the room haha. There was absolutely no aircraft noise. Parking is expensive at $25 a day but if you get a deal that includes parking it helps. I would stay here again.

I stayed here as I had a really early flight the next morning. Check-in was very easy with them booking me on the airport shuttle during this time. My room was spacious and lovely. I chose to order room service and the meal was delivered within 30 minutes and was delicious. Please note that when you order room service check to see if the beverage you want is in your mini bar. If it is take it from there as it is cheaper (EG can of diet coke $5 from the mini bar and $6 from room service).

My only complaint (though very small) was that my room was right beside the lifts, so very noisy during certain periods of the night. It made for interrupted sleep. When I mentioned this to the staff on check-out that apologised and made sure to place a note on my next booking (in a months time) to be as far away from the lifts as possible. Very nice resolution.

The aspect of my stay that impressed me more than anything was that the airport shuttle leaves precisely on time. It does not wait for guests who are late, they just have to wait 30 minutes for the next one. This is brilliant for those travellers who have a scheduled departure and need to get to the airport on time.

Comfortable,close to airport, staff efficient but not very wlecoming: decor a little dated- I was most unhappy with parking charge of $25 day and the expensive wi-fi- surely these should be part of the service .

If you have to stay in an airport hotel management should understand the additional stresses on guests. It is generally due to a change in schedule or for a very short lay over. If this us the case hotel staff need to be trained to assit guests and try and accomadate where possible. Well not at this hotel. The checkin process was a disgrace. So unorganized it was embaressing, I had prepaid my room but due to the inability of the checkin girl to find it in her system and even with my proof she insisted on charging me again. There where groups of people pushing in it was caos and noone there to control the process. I hated the whole experience, I did not eat any food it was so expensive, I do not know why you woukd pay to have staff in the kitchen and then make the food so expensive you do not orger it. Room was also expensive but had no issues except the shower is over the bath. The best part of this place apart from leaving was the porters. On arrival and departure they where great

Lovely room and staff. Close to Sydney airport was a plus.....but very disappointed in the restaurant, its decor and food. Very tired, in need of an update. My main of pork belly - 4 cubes on grated carrot and brought,dry, chinese prawn puffs on the side.....please was that worth $28(?) - My husband's Beef Cheeks were tender but was like a sloppy stew - Very, very disappointed.

Third stay here in the last year and I can still recommend it. Walking distance to domestic terminals - I did see the shuttle leaving at 7.50am and think it would be just as quick to walk if you don't have too much to carry.

Booked online direct with hotel with an "Easter" special and added in breakfast - on check in they knew nothing about the breakfast - obviously some issues with website bookings and what the hotel see (business colleague had the very same issue).

Room was great - 12th floor - very quiet and clean. Telephone on the wall next to the toilet is a pain - in the way and a hangover from pre-cell phone days.

Room Air Con was a bit unpredictable - fan would come on and blast away for a few minutes then go off for an hour or two.

Breakfast was good - usual fare. Tea / coffee area is too dark - it was hard to see where things were on this occasion.

Dinner - (a la carte rather than buffet) was good - had nasi goreng, but have to say, my wife cooks it better - the rice was too dry with not much flavour.

Overall - another very good stay and will stay again.
