A friend and i had dinner here on a sunday night. It was not crowded at all, which was pleasantly surprising. We had a beer first in the noisy brewery upstairs.
It has a good location, just opposite the Manly Wharf. The welcome on our entry was nice, service and ambience were good, food very yummy though a tad expensive. The rock for bathroom basin was a good talking point. The furniture could have been better although we were not uncomfortable; the wooden chairs with steel backing could have had cushions i suppose. The owner is Moroccan, and the chef on the night was Brazilian.
Overall, a good experience. My friend mentioned another Moroccan chain of restaurants in Sydney called Kazbah worth visiting as well.

My first time experiencing Moroccan food and a real treat all around! Our server, Laura from Ireland, was knowledgeable about the entrees and provided us excellent service. Started with the hot garlic bread and Dukkah- wonderful! For main I had the fish Tahini. Since I can not tolerate food spiced to the point of burning my mouth, Laura said would ask the chef to tone down the spices, which he did and the dish came flavorful but not so spiced that I couldn't eat it! My husband had a skewered lamb dish which was also delightful! Had a New Zealand Sauv Blanc which wad reasonably priced and quite good.
Also got to meet Hassan M'Souli and thank him for a wonderful meal. Recommend trying this unique restaurant!

We walked into this one by chance and were very pleasantly surprised. There were quite a few dishes with an African twist that were unknown to us and we found the quality excellent.
