Little place oddly located within a residential complex down in White Bay adjoining Balmain. The waitress have just got off the boat ney plane with their thick accents.

The restaurant is decked out with spartan furniture (this is the contemporary rage – sleek and minimalist) and brightly painted in reds and blues. The joint when it is full is noisy – the floor being concrete so don’t expect an intimate dining experience. This is youngish but certainly hip with regular takeaway customers.

Really decent Napoli pizza and mains.

The jewel: the buffalo mozzarella. Large and creamy, creamy creamy! The best I’ve tasted in Australia!

Well worth a visit

I will go over and over and over to this place. Its the BEST pizza place in Sydney. Its the beautiful this traditional pizza base with just a few toppings. You can really tell they pride themselves on fresh produce. One of the best things about this place is that its really affordable, no matter how many friends I go with, once you split the bill its always just $20 to $25 per person.

What a place! the Pizza is one of the best in Sydney! be prepared to wait for a table, or maybe consider booking. we ordered 3 pizzas, and I can't tell which one is my favourite because they are all great and the ingredients used are of high quality. the place is a bit tricky to find but it's worth to make the effort. you will be impressed!

This place has authentic Italian pizza, the bases are thin, with simple but very tasty toppings. Staff are warm and it's got a great atmosphere.
It's our favourite in Balmain!

i found this pizzeria through an internet search, and my expectations were of having a good pizza. Reality didn't meet that expectation, it was well above.

Location: in the middle of suburbia. you have to purposely come here. The pizzeria itself is relatively small by aussie standards, however they've succeeded in creating a good atmosphere.

All the staff I saw was Italian, and they insist on making pizza's the italian way. Being italian that was the big draw.

Whent he pizza arrived it did not disappoint. The first one disappeared in 9 seconds (pizza Rocco). Second one was a potato and sausage with a hint of rosemarie, aboslutely delicious. That went downt eh hatch in record time as well. We had to order a third pizza since it was just too good. The pizza base is light and crunchy, did not feel it at all later that night.

BYO, no corkage fee, that is a good plus! pizza's are around the $20-25 mark.

Hands down the best pizza I have had in Asia in the last 7 years, tops Motorino in HK and Mozza in Singapore, my two other favorites.

Best to reserve.
