In town for business, but had dinner at Alba with friends on a Tuesday. First experience was the very friendly hostess that welcomed us. Because of very high winds we chose not to eat outside, but view was incredible. We decided to have drinks and dinner at the bar. We were immediately greeted by the friendly bartender and ordered drinks. Before dinner was served, they brought out fresh warm cheesebread with an eggplant dip. Found out they bake everything fresh on premise. For dinner, I had the very fresh Mahi Mahi and my friend had the steak. Both were excellent! Ralph Pagano stopped by a few times. Great guy with lots of stories. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for food, service and setting. We will definitely return and hope to sit outside next time.
