Happened to need a quick bite for breakfast and saw a little crowded outdoor seating area, so we tried it. Great little gourmet grocer with a small eating area. Caters more to an Eastern European pallet. Don't get me wrong the food was tasty, but $40+ for an omelet and croissant sandwich...if you want a small orange juice you too can spend $7 for it. If you are in a hurry, oops the server takes their sweet time to bring you your check after you asked for it 10 minutes prior. Skip this one unless you want specialty meats or wine.

Found this unique restaurant and market by accident while staying in the Sunny Isles area. Stopped in for a look see and was pleasantly surprised at the menu selection. It was so good we went back the very next night. Weather was good enough to sit outside. Service was good and lots of diners abound. It is a must do. They also have a great bakery inside along with killer desserts. The Key Line Pie is the best and is a must have. Enjoy!

Good food, service was OK, prices high (breakfast for three with tip: $60). There is an area within separated by a small gate where you can buy gourmet foods and specialty cakes and pastries. Very clean, large place. I think this used to be Wolfie Cohen's Rascal House (showing my age). Seemed like everyone there spoke Spanish or Portuguese (customers and staff alike). Sits among high rise condos. Area has really been built up.

Stopped in the other day at this gourmet cafe for pastry and coffee. The servers are attentive and nice enough, but immediately begin speaking to everyone in Spanish assuming that they speak the language. It happens that I do, but my partner does not, so it was not optimal.
We ordered ice tea, which had no taste, cafe con leche which was equally sub par, the cheeese cake which was a small round portion and not very fresh and an order of coconut cake, which was the poorest imitation of cake that I have ever seen. At $6.95 a slice it was not worth the money and simply not worth the caloric investment.
We also purchased some gourmet bread for $5.99 at their market which we threw out after tasting it as it was old and tasted terrible.
We will not be going there again.

Great for mid afternoon lunch or just a break. Very clean and very very good food.
