“This Apartment is Quiet/ Perfect location/ and Industrial Chic Style”
Reviewed April 3, 2018 for a stay in March 2018

We stayed in this apartment for 1 week and it was perfect! I have rented many different places in San Pancho and Sayulita and this was by far the best of all in this price range.
#1.. clean #2... Quiet #3...cool, because it’s a lower level apartment. (We didn’t use A/C #4...close walk to beach #5... great neighborhood (I recommend the crepes sold by a local a few blocks away) #6...Amazing food within walking distance! #7...kitchen had what we needed #8...WiFi #10...great price #11...friendly people to rent from!
Loved this place! Great for a couple!
What it could improve... no blow dryer, bed is a little hard (although most of the other rentals I’ve been at had the same problem), no beach towels (however the backpack beach chairs and umbrellas were awesome!), first property I’ve rented from that didn’t have a gate that locked. (However, I felt perfectly safe there.)
Recommendations for food in the area...
Maria’s for breakfast
Ivan’s el pastor tacos
Dolce Amore
Burrito revolution in San Pancho
Flan sold at the kiosko street corner by individual in San Pancho
Barracuda... good small amounts

I highly recommend this rental!!!

“Fit my needs”
Reviewed May 9, 2017 for a stay in May 2017

Vicky and I agreed it was on the ground floor of the four story building on the S.E.corner of China and America Latina. Er.. it is not. It is in a three story building on the west side of America Latina Since my apartment didn't have a street number, the number I had didn't help much either. However, by process of elimination I finally found it. It was clean, comfortable and furnished as advertised. I was bothered a bit at night by mosquitos. I don't know how they got in. The screens are in good condition.

“Amazing Value!”

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. It's an apartment on the bottom floor of a large home. It's entrance is down a dirt driveway that is shared by 3 or 4 other homes. And was pretty quiet, except for an occasional golf cart or barking dog. It was spotlessly clean and modern. And it was much larger than we expected! There was no A/C and it does get warm in August, but there were tons of windows and lots of very powerful ceiling fans, so no A/C was not really a problem for us.
It was a short walk to the main street and beach. The entire town is built on cobblestone roads with nice sidewalks (much better than other areas of Mexico that we've visited). So the walk downtown in quite easy and nice.
If I could give one criticism of this unit, it would be that it needs some additional, more comfortable seating. There is only one hard, leather couch and 3 bar chairs. Not that we spent a lot of time in the unit, but when we were there it would have been nice to have a few more comfy chairs where you could lounge...plus, there's plenty of space for that. But, with that said, I would not hesitate to stay here again! It really is a amazing value for such a clean, modern apartment.

“Casa Sonido del mar”
Reviewed April 30, 2015 for a stay in April 2015

Charming. One of a kind. Very rustic. Son hated the fact that no a/c but at 2nd day thought it was very cool. No wifi or even a tv. Should have a fan in balcony for when wind stops. The last 2 days were pretty humid but when the wind picked up it was great. Right in the middle of town next to the Mexican version of Starbucks, where you can pick your wifi while having your coffee. Greatly stocked. Nice fluffy towels and beach towels. Would definitely come back.

amazing location very close to all shops, grocery stores, restaurants and less than a 5 min walk to the beach. It's located right on the main strip in San Fran. Little bit noisy in the morning but thats mexico for you. roosters squacking and other animals making noise. highly recommend this place. the ONLY issues we had was the water is a bit finicky when taking a shower. some times it would shut off for a few seconds then turn back on. not a big deal just kind of annoying. other than that minor issue the place is great and the location is awesome... wont find a better location for this price. an added bonus is the place is on a second level so there are far less bugs than some other places where friends were staying... had a couple squirrels and a gecko visit us buts that was it. also, there are 2 doors that require keys to get access to the apartment so it feels very secure... not that crime seemed to be an issue in the town but it made my girlfriend sleep better at night. we stayed for 7 days 6 nights.
