We have been going to San Pancho for 15 years and never made it to this splendid restaurant until last week. The meal, ambiance, and service made it into my top 3 dining experiences ever. Pumpkin seed encrusted mahi mahi drizzled with hibiscus sauce and honey roasted sesame seeds - amazing presentation matched with splendid wine. We won't make another trip to SP without visiting Cielo Rojo. Thank you, chef Juan Diego and waiter Adolfo, for such a superb dining experience.
