My husband and I booked a tour of YS Falls through our Sandals resort. The tour included the zipline adventure which was amazing, my husband is part of a rescue team & a safety officer and felt that the staff at YS Falls were well trained in their field (they did not mind all his questions regarding their training, creditations, upkeeping credentials, etc). The two gentlemen that were our guides made the experience fun and even offered to take pictures whenever they could. The zipline has 7 zips in all and was alot of fun. Next, we were off the the falls. Once at the base of the falls a YS Falls tour guide greeted us and took our camera so he could take pictures; the guide escorted us through various parts of the falls - the entire time take an ambundance of pictures that we felt were very professional even though I had a bargain line camera. We made sure to tip our guide for his great work and we also tipped our Zipline team. My husband tried the rope swing located at the upper falls and had alot of fun - the man taking care of the rope (safety first ensuring all was clear before allowing anyone to use the rope) would yell when it was time to take the photo and yes we did tip him too if only $1 US.
If you are to do any tour in Jamaica this is a must and remember to tip the tour guides.

We took a trip here and it was amazing. After the short tractor ride up to the falls you are able to change into your swim suits. While walking up, we were greeted by a guide. Don't know if you have to do this but would recommend letting them run you through the falls. He lead us around the different levels, taking pictures with our cameras all the way up the falls. He took alot of pictures with different angles, I was impressed!! We both did the rope swing. A must do trip if you are in Negril or on the west end of the island.

Nicer than Dunns river. I wish i would have spent the entire day there. Good for the little ones as well as the more adventurous older kids. Waterfalls, rope swing, zip-lining, and suntanning. Warm for sunbathing, and cool water to relax. Dunns river is too commercial, making you hold hands and follow the leader. YS lets you explore and relax as you see fit.

Great place for a picnic....lush gardens surrounding a natural, fresh water pool. 7 tiers of waterfalls....you can swim in any tier but you will not be able to climb the falls.

A jitney takes you from the office to the falls...a journey through green pastures.

Affordable...and a great place for a private day or loving family/ friendly gathering.

Once you go, you'll know...it's off the beaten path!

A good half day adventure away from the crowds. Water shoes are a must to enjoy clambering about in the falls. There is a rope swing jump and and a rock jump, both easy and you will regret it if you don't do it. Plenty of places to sit and chill out in pretty surroundings.
