Took my grandchildren aged 1 and 2 to the farm, this attraction is far less commercial than most and as such is cheap, nice and quiet with no queues. For a small farm they have a great range of animals with nothing realy missing. There is a large covered barn section which makes it an all weather attraction my 2 year old particularly enjoyed all the well made climbing frames, play sheds, tractors, swings and of course the animals. The staff are all friendly and the rather uncommercial approach makes it all the more relaxing and a bit more like a real farm (which it is) always a problem getting kids to leave but they always go home worn out!

My only critisism would be the access lane that runs through the complex to the fishing lakes you have to watch out for the occasional vehicle when crossing between the different sections They really should try and reroute the track then I could give 5 marks!

Went here with my partner and two boys, what a fantastic day!!! Staff were very friendly and animals too!! Weather was great that's always a bonus. That place was very clean and tidy, there was plenty to do and see and the animals looked really happy! Would recommend this to anybody with young children and my family will definitely be going there again!!!!

Went here today with my son who turned 2 today with my fiancée and parents. To be honest i've never heard of this place, I had heard of Cefn Mably Farm park but not this one, but speaking to family it seemed to come recommended. I was expecting something worse due to the last reviewer but we were very much pleased with our visit.

Arrived mid afternoon, lots of parking and we were lucky in that the weather was lovely and sunny. We went into reception, noticed some renovation work is being done which wasn't very disruptive at all. Nobody was manning reception but only took 15 seconds or so for somebody to come out to see us. She was friendly and we were offered feed and told about the animals including some recent births on the farm which was great!

It was very quiet when we came only two people besides us were on the farm that we could see, so had the whole place to ourselves. There were chickens, rabbits, goats, pigs, bulls, cows, llamas, reindeer and more! The children's play areas are great, lots of room and rides, swings and slides i'm definately bringing my little one here again.

My son loved his day out. It's a well managed clean working farm. Picnic area too and lots of open space, hygienic and friendly staff.

Highly recommended.

After having visited previously we had heard that the facilities had been enhanced though within 10 seconds of arriving it was patently obvious that this wasn't the case. There was noone in duty, one chap taking the money (far too much of for an entrance fee if you ask me), the cafe was closed, the "soft play" area was closed, the place was stinking, soulless and quite frankly an embarrassment. The place has let itself go badly. The animals look tired of being alive and for £15 entrance fee for 2 adults & 2 kids I felt VERY ripped off. It was school holidays so why not more effort? Cefn Mably is more expensive but far better for this type of place. We won't be returning. Ever.
