“Sunday lunch best ever”
Reviewed June 5, 2013

If you want to go out for Sunday lunch you could not find anywhere better. The meat is local and cooked to perfection and there is always a selection of wonderfully cooked vegtables, my favourite being the cauliflour cheese. The starters are large so be careful not to over order. The service is always excellent and the price reasonably. Not a great selection of beers though. Always book in advance.

“A really comfortable and relaxing B&B (plus good food)”
Reviewed May 18, 2013

My husband and I stayed at Dyffryn, Foel during our walk along Glyndwr’s Way. It was great to arrive at a friendly and welcoming B&B and the added bonus was that we just walked downstairs for our evening meal. The room was large and well furnished with a really comfy king size sleigh bed, a sofa and plenty of room to unpack and settle in. (We were pleased to be staying two nights.) There were patio doors which led out on to a private terrace for relaxing. The en suite had a large shower cubicle with good shower and there was a variety of toiletries. In fact the room had many extras that you might need on holiday. The food was excellent, most of it being prepared in house. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Amanda.
