This is a fascinating museum which brings life in a judge's lodgings in 1877 to life. The audio guide is excellent and visitors are encouraged to touch the exhibits and sit on the furniture. A unique experience in a museum! Below stairs is as interesting as upstairs and the cell block very atmospheric. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and the shop full of interesting items.
