brilliant walk - although beware of the cows in the top field - fabulous views, worth the walk, lovely mix of open and woodland walking.

If you approach St. John's Hill uphill from Dylan birthday walk you really must look behind you once you've entered the fields for a great view out over the estuary to see the Gower and Worm's Head, and looking ahead of you, you have views of the Preseli Mountains inland.
If you do the whole figure of eight walk described in the 'Weatherman Walking TV series you'll need to allow say 3 hours

This is part of the Welsh coastal path, and it is stunning, the walk from Laugharne to the west is part of the best walking in any weather. The views are lovely, and the history is too, especially if you like Dylan poetry.....there are interpertation boards, starting in the Car park in Laugharne, which is a good place to start this section of coast.

Make sure you also try the walk from Marros towards amroth, as that is stunning too!

Part of the Dylan Birthday Walk. The views are spectacular but the going is quite steep but worth it. There are view points with seats so you can catch your breath!!!

Quite a hard walk up the hill and often muddy but worth it for the views. Good information boards.
