We visited here last about 15 years ago, it is still the same - a good pub - with well kept beer, pool and darts etc, shame there was only TWO darts available when we called............

Pub looks great from outside, but very tired inside. Service friendly enough, but food average at best. Wouldn't re visit.

Has a nice pub feel with lovely beer, and friendly -and the food is good but you have to wait an hour for it so don't be in a hurry, a little pricey depending on what you have but in keeping with local prices

We have visited here many times over the past 10 years whenever we get chance to get down to St Davids. In years gone by we have appreciated the drink, service, food, atmosphere and ease of access for dogs and children.
After a break of a couple of years we returned maybe with too high expectations. Portions were stingey - especially the salad that I honestly thought was a side portion, but costing nearly £10 was a rip off. Despite this we thought we'd look for some redeeming features and order a pudding again small portions, but worst of all the were the coffees - one was fine, but the second was obviously the dregs run through the filter being three quarters full and like dish water.
I hope that these comments actually get to where they need to in order to sort it out as it used to be a trip to St Davids wouldn't be complete without a trip to the Farmers Arms.

Very nice garden and good food. Very short staffed when we were there and food service had to be stopped as the could not cope - some very angry customers voiced their opinion. Packed on Saturday evening with live music and two stag parties (ours included). Very loud and boisterous - not for the faint-hearted. The pub is owned by the same people who own the Bishops (stag parties not allowed) and the Sloop. More select crowd in The Bishops - more tourists in The Sloop. Staff under pressure and service level fell as a result.
