This is locally known for its excellent food, went here as part of a group, lovely homely pub with a good country atmosphere, open fire was welcome on this cold evening. Good choice of menu, pate was an excellent starter, and had to go for the rib eye steak which was cooked to perfection.
Sadly didnt have room for pudding. Prices were reasonable will definately return as this was one of the best meals i have had, the whole group was impressed with the quality of the food and service we recieved.
