We made a second visit to The Coffee Cave in February 2013. We sat on the leather settees in the window area and ordered 2 cappucinos. They arrived with small macaroon cakes. I don`t like almonds and so asked if I could possibly change mine for a different biscuit/cake. The waitress was most helpful and changed it to a chocolate stick.Coffees were £2 each.
Previously we had eaten there and had paninis. They were excellent.
An old building, possibly Georgian. One of the few that have retained their character and the main body of the tall building still retains its former shape. Can be accessed from the main road or from the rear car park. Find the building with a large lantern which is inkeeping with the decor and Georgian age.It is split level and one can eat in a choice of rooms.
