when i am in the pembrokeshire area and i wake up with a good empty stomach, nothing more springs to mind than a caddies breakfast. i have no idea about some of what the people below are talking about greasy for, however i can only speak for myself. if you talk to anyone in the area that appreciates a good fry up then you will find that caddies is the only place to go. leagues above any other breakfast joint in the area. the food is always hot and with very minimal oil. suzy behind the counter always throws a good smile and a chat to make you feel welcome. this place is a pembrokeshire legend already! keep it up caddies . you will be my choice everytime!

My husband took me for breakfast here recently & I have to say that when I saw the reviews of this on trip advisor I was somewhat surprised. There are several reviews raving over this café but it's nothing special in fact I actually didn't like it. It's scruffy the food was very greasy & I didn't like the coffee. It's a bit like a transport café with a few tradesmen eating there (the fat content obviously helps protect them from the cold) & vans in the car park. Other than that there were just a few golf bores talking way too loudly, I didn't want to listen to their conversations but unfortunately I had no choice. If you want a greasy fry up & you're hard of hearing I suppose It's ok but it's not for me & I won't go again.

Well i'm very sorry that you "had" this experience. Very shocked at your response, we take great pride of the appearance of the cafe and the breakfast. It is a busy little cafe, with lots of people coming and going and obviously at times there will be noise. Thank you for your feedback.

I've frequented this cafe many times, as my belly will testify, and each time has never been anything less than outstanding. Service from entering is great, ambience is relaxed and friendly meaning you don't worry abot having your kids along with you, and the food is literally plentiful - PLENTY of it, PLENTY of taste, PLENTY of value. The range on offer is also above and beyond that of what you'd find in 'comparable' cafes - and many of the regularly changing specials are, in a word, 'stunning'! I'd recommend Caddies to anyone and everyone - just make sure you've left an extra notch on your belt!

Breakfast is ok, a bit greasy with just your average cheapish produce used but it's inexpensive & there is plenty of it. The exception is the fried bread which is sopping with grease & is a potential heart attack on a plate so is best avoided. Coffee is lousy also so have tea which is actually quite good. In short it fills a gap but isn't exactly something to rave over, it's just your average greasy spoon that just happens to have a golf range attached.

This cafe is by a driving range and start of a 9 hole golf course. Although it is on the edge of the course, it is open to the general public. Typical cafe food but well prepared and generous in portion. As food is cooked to order, you might have to wait at busy times. A popular cafe denoted by lack of parking sometimes which indicates that people want to come and eat here. Downside? They close too early in the afternoon!!
