This restaurant, situated within Pembrokeshire College, is excellent.
The students cook and serve - under supervision - and the standard of both is top class.
There is only one sitting - around 6.30pm, but the meals are not rushed.
You will not find better value anywhere, and you will be impressed by the quality of the service - silver service and extremely well done.
Just remember that these are teenagers being trained, and they make a few minor mistakes, and you will not be disappointed.
The wine menu is fairly limited, but good value and beers very limited, but the range of other drinks is quite comprehensive.
The menu varies weekly, with a choice of 2 starters, three mains and a couple of desserts, followed by coffee, which comes as a fixed price menu, the price varying with the menu.
there is always a vegetarian option, and a phone call will ensure that there si also a fish dish.
S0, go give it a try - you will not regret it, I promise you.
